Help on your reservation

Check in starts from 4pm and check out is until 10am

Due to the current pandemic, we cannot offer a late check out as we need enough time to air the rooms, clean and sanitise the apartments before the next guest

Early check in would depend on availability and can only be confirmed the night before your stay. If we have not had guests in your apartment the previous night, then yes an early check in would be possible.

It depends how long you wish to leave your bags for after check out. Please get in touch before booking to find out

Yes our apartments are family friendly. We do have balconies for most apartments but children are strictly not allowed on the balconies unsupervised. A cot and highchair are available on request

Yes we do and the amount depends on the size of the apartment. Please do get in touch to find out the amount for the apartment you are interested in reserving. The deposit is refundable in full after checkout subject to the apartment being inspected and there is no damage or breach of our house rules. Please refer to our booking terms (no smoking, no parties/ events and no pets).

Businesses may choose not to pay the deposit in advance by sending us their legally registered business name and full address, confirmation in writing that they will cover the costs of any incidentals (if any)

Sorry we do not allow pets in any of our apartments

We have a no smoking policy for all our apartments. Smoking anywhere in our apartments is against our terms and conditions and may result in the loss of your deposit

Parties and/or events are strictly not allowed in any of our apartments and are against our terms and conditions. Any reports by building management or evidence of a party will result in the guests being asked to leave and the loss of your deposit

When guests are staying longer, apartments are cleaned, and linen changed on request after every 7 days
Please be aware that additional cleaning costs may be deducted from your deposit if the apartment is left in an unreasonable state / excessively dirty

You may cancel the booking at any time up to 14 days prior to the first day of your booking, in which case a full refund will be made to you. After this period, the total amount will be payable.

If you cancel the booking within 14 days of the first day of your booking, then the full amount may be chargeable. Any refund will be at Bwise Property’s entire discretion unless it is able to book out the accommodation to other guests, in which case it shall make a refund to you of your booking cost, less any difference in price where the replacement booking was of a lesser value.

We are not VAT registered yet so we do not charge VAT
